Our story

Building a society that makes for the Girlchild

Care Connect Humanitarian Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to restoring dignity and opportunity for out-of-school children and their families. Founded on compassion and community-driven solutions, we work tirelessly to bridge the gap in access to education, advocacy, and family support. Our belief is simple: when we educate a child, we empower a generation.

Mission statement: At Care Connect Humanitarian Foundation (CCHF), our mission is to improve lives and foster hope by providing compassionate aid, healthcare, and support to underserved communities around the world. We are dedicated to creating sustainable solutions that promote dignity, empowerment, and lasting positive change.

OUR VALUES

Our organizational values in four steps

Care connect humanitarian foundation is rooted in principles that aim to drive real impact in girls in Nigeria.

Compassion First

We believe that meaningful change begins with empathy. Compassion drives us to not only provide immediate relief but also to walk alongside those we serve, building trust and long-term relationships.

Integrity

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of honesty and transparency. Our community and partners can always trust that their support is making a real, accountable difference.

Equity

Every child deserves an equal chance to learn and succeed, regardless of gender, background, or circumstance. By promoting fairness and inclusion, we work to break cycles of inequality and create opportunities for all.

Impact

We measure success not by what we give, but by the change it creates. Our programs are designed to be practical, sustainable, and life-transforming — from helping a child return to school to empowering a family to become self-reliant

GET INVOLVED

Every action counts:
Be part of the change

Through education, advocacy, and community support, we work to remove barriers that keep children from learning and families from thriving. We believe that access to education is the first step toward building stronger communities.

Last year, we supported 12-year-old Amina, who was at risk of dropping out of school due to financial hardship. With our education support program, she received school supplies and mentoring, allowing her to return to class with confidence. Today, Amina is thriving academically and dreams of becoming a teacher, inspiring others in her community.

I came into the program feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Within two sessions, I had a clear sense of direction and a simple framework to make real progress. CoachPro didn’t just guide me—they walked with me.”
